Minted Privacy Policy

2. Information We Collect

• Wallet data: your public Solana wallet address and on-chain transaction data when you connect a wallet or interact with Minted. We never receive your private keys.
• Sign-in account data (X, Google, Discord, and TikTok where offered): if you sign in with one of these accounts, we receive, via that platform's OAuth, your handle or username, your account identifier (user ID), and basic profile information. For Google this includes your email address. We use this only to create and identify your Minted account.
• Display name: the name you choose for your Minted account.
• Launch and giveaway data: tokens you launch, giveaway entries, and records of on-chain fee activity and giveaway draws, which are stored to operate the service.
• Basic technical data: standard server/request logs needed to run the service.

3. How We Use Information

We use this information only to: operate token launches and trading; sign you in and identify your account; run the weekly giveaway; route and record fees to Minted's treasuries; and maintain the security and integrity of the service. Your display name may be shown publicly next to your giveaway entries and wins. Your email address is never shown publicly. We do not use X, Google, Discord, or TikTok data for advertising or profiling.

4. TikTok Data Specifically

Where TikTok Login is offered, data obtained through TikTok Login / the TikTok API is used only to sign you in and identify your Minted account. We request the minimum scopes necessary. We do not sell TikTok data, do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the service or as required by law, and retain it only as long as your account needs it. You may revoke Minted's access to your TikTok account at any time in your TikTok settings.

5. On-Chain Data Is Public

Solana transactions, wallet addresses, token launches, and fee routing are recorded on a public blockchain and are inherently public and permanent. Minted cannot alter or delete on-chain data.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: with service providers that help operate Minted (e.g., RPC and metadata/storage providers); as required by law; or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Minted and its users.

7. Data Retention

We retain off-chain data (such as account records, giveaway entries, and sign-in identifiers) only as long as necessary to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it where feasible. On-chain data cannot be deleted.

8. Your Choices

You may disconnect your wallet, revoke X, Google, Discord, or TikTok access via those platforms, and contact us to request deletion of off-chain personal data we hold about you, subject to legal and operational limits.

9. Children

Minted is not directed to children under the age required to use crypto services and social platforms in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
